Spanish/Italian/French>English Translation Editing

This service incorporates all the elements I address in my other editing services, but adds a layer of complexity: here, I not only edit for mechanical errors, improve the quality of the writing and make sure the final product reads smoothly in English, I also do a word-by-word comparison of the foreign language original and the English translation to make sure nothing has been accidentally omitted or mistranslated.

Most recent translation editing project (December 2013): I edited the English translation of Killing Pythagoras, a historical crime thriller written by Spanish author Marcos Chicot. The Spanish version of this novel (El Asesinato de Pitágoras) was the top-selling Spanish ebook in the world for five consecutive months. Available on Amazon.com in paper and digital formats.

Current translation editing project (Fall, 2015): I'm currently editing the Italian to English translation of the second of a four-book series, Touched, by Elisa Amore, bestselling Italian author.
